Daniel Case, a founding partner of the Firm, is an accomplished transactional lawyer with over 40 years of experience. Mr. Case specializes in real property and corporate transactions, with particular concentration in the entertainment industry. Since 2005, Mr. Case has been named as one of Southern California’s top real estate lawyers in an annual survey conducted by Los Angeles Magazine.

Mr. Case’s practice is diverse and includes commercial transactions, acquisitions and sales, leasing, and real estate development for institutional owners, investment advisors and entertainment companies. He also advises select entertainment law firms and business management companies in connection with business and corporate transactions for their clients.

Mr. Case attended MIT as both an undergraduate and graduate student where he received his bachelor and master of science degrees. He received his law degree from UC Berkeley Law School where he was Notes and Comments Editor of the Industrial Relations Law Journal. After law school, he joined the prominent firm of Wyman, Bautzer, Rothman & Kuchel where he became a partner in 1982. In 1986, Mr. Case left Wyman, Bautzer to form the Firm.

Mr. Case lives in Los Angeles with his wife, Marina. He enjoys golfing every Sunday with his long time buddies and playing drums with his band Hostile Witness.
